Welcome to the Graybear Cozy Cottage located in the beautiful, wooded Lakeside, AZ. This charming, newly remodeled cottage is minutes from Rainbow Lake. It is close to all that Lakeside has to offer: hiking, biking, amazing restaurants, and shopping. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your mountain get-away!

3 Bedrooms: Two bedrooms feature king-sized beds, one with an en-suite bathroom for added comfort. The third bedroom includes 2 queen beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. A twin Murphy bed tucked away in the primary closet. In total, the cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 8-9 guests, making it perfect for families or a group of friends seeking a serene mountain retreat.

2 Full Bathrooms: No need to worry about bathroom congestion here! We provide 2 full bathrooms for your convenience.

Outdoor Firepits: Gather around the fire under the starry night sky with not one, but two outdoor firepits, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories.

Dog-Friendly Yard: Don't leave your furry friends behind! We welcome your beloved pets in our spacious yard, so your entire family can enjoy this vacation. Cat's are not permitted.

Beautifully Decorated: Our cottage is thoughtfully decorated with a rustic charm, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. You'll feel right at home as soon as you step inside.

Modern Amenities:

The cottage is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a cozy living room with a fireplace.

Home is situated on a dead-end street and in a community free from HOA regulations, due to that please take note that homes in the area will vary in size and style, adding to the unique charm of the neighborhood and area.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
